A Golden Retriever unfolds another warm side when their tiny human sibling baby is brought home. These furry creatures become the busiest babysitters for the newborns. A recent post on social media has captured this moment that will melt your heart.
The video shows a Golden Retriever named Gamja becoming the hardworking big sister for her tiny human. A user named @gamjamypotato has shared this wholesome video on their Instagram. The page captures Gamja’s daily shenanigans with her equally fluffy sibling, Chip.
Golden Retriever’s tiring big-sister duties include checking on her tiny human
In the video mentioned above, the Golden Retriever is tired after spending the entire day and night checking on the baby. Gamja is seen lying down, her eyes looking tired. The paw parent wonders if she got exhausted due to aging. However, the dog has the sweetest reason behind her exhaustion. The reel cuts to the Golden’s daily duties as a big sister for her newborn human.
Gamja is seen with her basbrotrestse resting on the sofa. She is probably on guard so that he doesnt fall off the couch. Moreover, she and Chip gently cling to the tiny human as he moves his feet cutely.
The female Golden also gets under her human’s arm to check on the baby when he is getting some soft rubs. Further, Gamja is in the space near the boy when he is fast asleep on the couch. The child also lies on the pooch’s back for a relaxing rest. Babies enjoy resting on dogs, especially Goldens, to feel the warmth of their soft fur.
At night, Gamja showed up again to check on the littlasn when he was being put to sleep. She also stands near the cradle while receiving some pets from her human. Eventually, the pup falls asleep on the bed, with the baby’s cradle nearby.
These duties were bound to make Gamja feel tired. The owner hilariously mentions in the comments that the dog “was super busy taking care of the baby,” and in “the last clip… she was out.” Moreover, the Golden might not do spinnies for a while.
