If you think that every dog loves walking or outdoor adventures, this video might make you rethink your opinion. How? Because this clip shows the other thing that the fur balls love the most – their sleep time. This big dog might love his walk, but when sleepy, the pooch can let go of his favourite thing without any regret. The hilarious clip of the pooch and his struggle with sleep has attracted many viewers, garnering more than 2K likes, as of the time of writing.

Dog feels way too sleepy to join owner for walk

This International Alaskan Malamute named O’Malley loves his walks with his human. But as per the video on @omallymute, this time, the furball was finding it hard to even take a single step. Reason? He was sleepy. The clip shows the mom calling the pooch for a walk. However, instead of getting excited, the furball stands on top of the staircase with eyes half open, hinting that he is still sleepy.

The pooch then sits “behind the bars” and rests his face there despite mom calling him for a walk. He then gently places his “head through the bar” for some nose and head scratches from his human companion. However, looking at his mood and posture, the mom understands that O’Malley is not interested in “morning walkie times,” and leaves the pooch on the stairs to complete his sleep, much to his joy.

“Welp… some days you feel like a walk, and clearly some days you don’t!” mentioned the mom in the caption of the post. And looks like the netizens agreed with the mom and sympathised with the pooch. A person spoke for O’Malley, saying, “No mum I am just snoozing.” Another follower felt for the pooch and mentioned, “Big teddy bear is too tired to go for a walk.” While a third confessed, “Awwww super cuteee baby.”
