A postpartum mom holding her baby shows how her Golden Retrievers silently comfort her. In the Instagram video, the new mother cradles her sleeping child in her arms. The exhaustion is visible on her face as she holds the little one. Soon, one of the dogs approaches her, silently telling the woman that she is not alone.

The uploader captioned the post: “My dogs are taking care of me postpartum.” Moreover, viewers have found the content relatable and have also praised the fur babies in the comment section.

In a heartwarming dog video on Instagram, three Golden Retrievers stick close to their postpartum mom, holding her baby. Through an on-screen text, the uploader mentions a line she might have heard often. It reads, “Dogs are so overstimulating once you have kids.” Then the woman shows how her pets treat her with the utmost care.

Citing an example of her five-month-old puppy, the new mom explains that he “understands” her condition. The pooch appears to know that “postpartum with a colicky baby is hard & sometimes mom just needs a smile + cuddles.”

Meanwhile, the video shows the woman breaking down as she cradles her newborn. Seeing her distress, the Golden Retriever puppy moves closer to her. He nudges her and keeps a smile on his face. He then gets closer and shows the woman that he is there by her side.

The video has unsurprisingly melted viewers’ hearts as they found it relatable. Many viewers have shared their experiences and how their dogs supported them. A user also wrote, “What a bunch of good boys,” while another commented, “Hang in there and let the dogs give you love. Odin is getting so big already.” Additionally, the Instagram post has garnered over 23K likes as of this writing.
