A heartwarming video on Instagram showed a cute foster dog named Pongo staring at his foster parent with eyes full of love and affection for rescuing him. The video has been winning hearts over social media.
In the caption of the post, the foster parent wrote, “Textbook definition of a lover boy,” and continued, “Pongo is SUCH a lover and is literally staring at me like this CONSTANTLY. No matter what I’m doing or where I am, if I turn around he’s there looking at me like I’m the best thing in the world.”
The foster parent also lovingly added that the Dalmatian is going to “make someone so so very happy!” The caption further informed, “Once Pongo gains more weight and is fully vetted, he will be available for adoption through @caitiesfosterfamrescue !”
The Instagram video began by giving a closer look at Pongo. The “sweet man” was calmly lying on a comfy couch with his head resting on the foster parent’s arm. The fur baby had nothing but love in his beautiful eyes as he kept on looking at the parent. Meanwhile, the on-screen text read, “pov: your foster dog is thankful he never stops staring at you.”
As the clip went on, viewers could see Pongo always right by the foster parent’s side, staring with kind eyes. He also kept on wagging his tail to express how happy and grateful he was. “101 reasons to be thankful,” gushed one fan in the comments section of the Instagram video. Another wrote, “The little teef ! He’s so so sweet,” and hoped Pongo is “gonna get adopted fast.” Others called him a “stud” and “gorgeous.”
